With Watch Dogs 2, NoodleHaus built a strong connection to players by focusing on loyalty and community.
The influencer program made this project unique by pairing up popular streamers in cooperative missions to explore the exciting open world. We produced a series of highlight reels centered around the most creative, quirky and fun moments of the game.
Our retention strategy recruited fans into a loyalty program where they were rewarded for doing everything they already loved (e.g., watching trailers, commenting, sharing). This approach of encouraging natural behavior connected hundreds of thousands of fans to prizes and perks. It also delivered a significant increase in participants who would become loyal fans by way of purchase, redemption, and retention through post-launch activities.
