Responsibilities

• Edit original and existing material into promos, trailers, ads, and short-form content.
• Participate in live action shoots for EPK, BTS, and promotional spots.
• Work in small collaborative teams with producers, designers, and assistant editors on quick-turnaround, compelling creative.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Masterful short-form storyteller.
• Expert editor in Adobe Suite.
• Expert music editor and sound designer that understands emotional power and structure of music.
• Must be comfortable with most video codecs and formats and the ability to ingest, transcode, and move between camera workflows and formats flawlessly.
• Comfortable working with Soundtrack Pro, Pro Tools, After Effects, Motion, and other production support-ware.
• Must have great communication skills and be able to give and receive critical feedback in a small team environment.
• Must be meticulous, technical, organized, and creative at the same time.

We are seeking a talented Associate Producer to join our growing agency. This candidate will work under the supervision of our creative team and will be responsible for the production and management of all A/V projects.

Candidates must be able to work efficiently and creatively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the production and management of all projects.
• Manage all facets of daily operations of A/V projects including development and production.
• Monitor all stages of production including asset gathering, graphics creation, offline/online editorial and finishing.
• Participate in concept development and client pitch process.
• Work hand in hand with the Division Head in reviewing and quality checking deliverables before sending to client.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience in managing multiple projects, budgets and scheduling.
• Must be deadline-driven and be able to manage the pressures of multiple simultaneous deadlines.
• Good problem-solving skills are a must.
• Superior communication and organization skills are essential.

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Work will be a balance of creative concept development and the production/execution of those ideas.
• Must demonstrate a proficiency in online and broadcast design, primarily in the entertainment playspace.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Must be a pro with Photoshop, C4D, After Effects, Illustrator etc.
• Experience with Maya, Cinema 4D, Smoke are great.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to communicate ideas effectively is a must.
• Self-motivated.
• Experience working on entertainment brands is a plus.
