Houseparty was a social networking service that enabled group video chatting through mobile and desktop apps. Users receive a notification when friends are online and available to group video chat. NoodleHaus joined the Houseparty marketing efforts at a time when all businesses were under stay-at-home instructions due to the COVID pandemic. We found ways of creating amazing marketing materials with over 40 cast members using the Houseparty app with its variety of games and party activities. At the same time, everyone was locked inside their homes. Our production crew mailed devices and lighting sets to our cast, setting up virtual production rooms to bring each actor to the director. The production spanned all user groups, families, couples, young, and old. All were partying with Houseparty.
